Harvested from music recorded during the second season of their continuing musical project, “Lavarenne 2” is a treasure trove of songs and sounds. The album spans the whole spectrum of musical outpouring, bounding from old English folk through to noisy indie rock, drum ‘n’ bass electro mash-ups and harmonious vocal tapestries to orchestral overtures and everything in between.

Bunty uses just her voice, effects pedals and a mash of real and made-up languages. She whispers, bellows, beatboxes, claps, stamps and produces frenzied harmonies to create her music from scratch. Beautiful original and deeply inspiring.

Complex and daring music that manages to embrace electronics, an array of acoustic instruments, noise and melody. On the one hand poly-rhythmic and dense, on the other simple and beautiful. Mature work from one of the rising stars of the Beatabet Collective.
